Shipping

We use tracked services only and endeavour to bring you the most economical shipping. 

We use Pass The Parcel Couriers, delivery is 2-4 days. It is the same price for rural delivery. 

Please let me know if you want it to be "signature required"  (for Pass The Parcel only) or a specific place for your parcel to be left .

We also use Courier Post for small orders only (2.5 metres or less) , there is a separate charge for rural delivery. (Signature Required not available from Courier Post as this is a separate charge too) 

If incorrect Shipping is chosen, (i.e incorrect size or not selecting Rural Delivery and not providing RD number) an email will be sent to you and goods held until further payment is received. 

Orders are ONLY sent once payment has cleared. 

PICK UP available : If you live locally (Hamilton) and you wish to pick up your order, place your order and make payment as usual on the website and then make a note of when you would like to pick up.

Pass the Parcel Small - Choose this shipping method if your order is up to 14 FQ or up to 3.5 metres & small patterns

Pass the Parcel Medium - Choose this shipping method if your order is 15-32 FQ or up to 8 metres & large patterns

Pass the Parcel Large - Choose this shipping method if your order is 33 FQ or over 8 metres, batting and large patterns

Courier Post Metro only Small - Choose this shipping method if your order is up to 10 FQ or up to 2.5 metres & small patterns

Courier Post Rural only Small - Choose this shipping method if your order is up to 10 FQ or up to 2.5 metres & small patterns

(NZ only) All orders $100 and over (prior to shipping costs) qualify for FREE shipping within NZ. 

International Courier Post is used for all orders to Australia, delivery is 3 - 6 working days.
